AQUAMARINE
Published in the prestigious Aquamarine range is The Food and Cooking of Malaysia & Singapore, a wonderful and also accessible guide to one of the most delicious and tempting of world cuisines. This is followed by an exquisitely photographed and authoritative volume on Japanese Gardening, which offers both inspiration and insight. COOKING
Among the big books of the season are new titles on popular subjects and cuisines. We continue the popular range of fully illustrated 500-recipe cookbooks with 500 Cakes and Bakes - a one-stop recipe resource for a classic subject. There are cookbooks for everyday healthy eating, with Fat Free Low Fat Cooking and Low-Fat No-Fat Chinese Cooking, and reference books such as the updated classic The New Encyclopedia of Wine.
The impressive 500-page cooking bibles include the definitive book on one of the world's most influential culinary heritages, the Jewish Traditions Cookbook, and a volume on the vibrant food of Spain, Africa and the Middle East - presenting a fascinating overview of the cuisines and cultures, how to use the ingredients, as well as over 300 regional recipes to try. This season sees the publication of new illustrated references sure to become gardening classics: Ken Norman's impressive new practical encyclopedia of bonsai, and Jonathan Edward's volume on shrubs and climbers. We also present a stunning 500-page guides to flower planting - annuals, bulbs and perennials - and on garden planning and design. NEW AGE & HEALTH
In spring we publish a comprehensive practical book on the popular subjects of astanga yoga and meditation, and an expert guide to the art of healing by touch with shiatsu.
